Integrating Thinking and Feeling to Make a Difficult Decision

This micro-development session is for executives and managers faced with a difficult decision when a staff member is ‘not working out’. The premise is the executive/manager has the power to make the decision. We take you through 5-What questions to help integrate Rational and Emotional processes in support of making a difficult decision. Once the decision is made, others may be engaged in the final approvals and planning for the dismissal.
