What Am I Doing About Joey? Making Difficult Decisions

Integrating Thinking and Feeling to Make a Difficult Decision

This micro-development session is for executives and managers faced with a difficult decision when a staff member is ‘not working out’. The premise is the executive/manager has the power to make the decision. We take you through 5-What questions to help integrate Rational and Emotional processes in support of making a difficult decision. Once the decision is made, others may be engaged in the final approvals and planning for the dismissal. If you have already reached your decision, you may wish to review this video as a means to establish the core values by which you will take action.

This video is not for you if you are considering dismissal of a unionized employee or part of a downsizing, you will be better served with other videos in the Transition Essentials series.
